We hand-block and hand-trim all our hats in the little workroom behind our store. Materials are often few-of-a-kind or vintage. We have no inventory -- your hat will be made just for you, to your requirements. You are, in effect, getting a custom-made hat at ready-to-wear prices. So keep in mind: Fit: Measure your size in inches with a soft tapemeasure placed loosely around your head about an inch above your eyebrows. Round upward to the nearest 1/4". Note also that each style gives brim width, front (F), back (B), and sides (S). Timing: Allow 2-3 weeks for shipment. If you have a deadline or need a rush, tell us and well advise if we can accommodate you. Returns: We do not give refunds, but we do stand behind our quality and craftsmanship. If you are dissatisfied with some aspect of your hat, please let us know within 7 days of receipt. Well tell you how to return if for adjustment at our expense.
